Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hair Salon Assistant to join our team.

As a Hair Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and providing superior guest experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is career-driven and eager to improve their skill set in the beauty industry.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients as they arrive
• Assisting Stylists with their clients, including washing and toning
• Maintaining salon cleanliness through cleaning, sweeping, and laundry
• Ensuring the salon looks clean and professional at all times
• Performing additional tasks as needed for efficient salon operation

• Valid state cosmetology license
• Articulate, fast-paced, and focused on running a highly efficient salon operation
• Team player willing to help out in various roles as needed
• Enjoys building relationships with colleagues and clients
• Polished, professional, reliable, and able to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

While not required, previous salon experience is a plus.
