The Senior Director will lead the strategy and operations for plastic surgery, aesthetics, and cosmetic dermatology service lines across multiple locations. This role is accountable for growth, patient experience, clinical quality, and financial performance, working closely with physician leaders, operations, and marketing.
Key responsibilities include service-line strategy, provider engagement, program development, pricing and access optimization, and coordination of clinical and non-clinical teams. The ideal candidate has multi-site healthcare experience—preferably in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery—and a track record of partnering effectively with physicians while leading high-performing teams.
