Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide

Overview

As a Caregiver (Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide) on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, delivering in-home and companion care as outlined in each client s personal care service plan.

• Provide direct personal care and support to clients in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Follow the personal care service plan and assist with all requested personal care tasks
• Assist clients with self-care and daily living activities as needed
• Keep client environments clean and organized
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
• Provide holistic care to enhance the lives of seniors
