Medical Assistant

Acton Medical Associates, PC, a busy adult and pediatric primary care practice, is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to provide support to physicians, clinical staff, and patients on a daily basis.

Pay Range

$19.00/hr – $24.00/hr (Based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter)

Locations

Full time and part time positions available in Acton, Littleton, Harvard, and Hudson offices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in patient care, administrative duties, and clinical maintenance
  • Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physicians
  • Provide phlebotomies, specimen processing, immunizations, take and record vital signs, and EKGs
  • Ensure the clinical environment is cleaned, stocked, and ready for patient care
  • Assist in phone triage, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, and patient education
  • Work in multiple departments including internal medicine, pediatrics, and laboratory services
Qualifications
  • Certified/registered MA with a degree or certification from an accredited school
  • Flexibility, collaboration, and cooperation
  • Ability to work in multiple locations as needed (Acton, Littleton, Harvard, Hudson, MA), a plus
