Role DescriptionThis part-time role is for a LifeMAP Coach. The LifeMAP Coach will work directly with Autistic and Neurodivergent clients to help them achieve personal goals, enhance life skills, and foster independence. The coach will engage in regular meetings with clients, both in-person and remotely, and provide tailored guidance and support to meet individual needs. This role is hybrid, located in the Acton, MA area with the flexibility for some work to be done from home.

- Experience in working with Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organization and Time-Management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized coaching plan
