Overview
Responsibilities include designing and implementing integration APIs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), developing and deploying integration flows on OIC, and designing and developing integration projects using connectors such as Salesforce, File, and Database to integrate on premise and cloud-based applications via synchronous and asynchronous flows. Also includes developing batch integrations to transfer data in bulk, building integration flows with error handling strategies, message filters, validation, transformation, message enricher and flow controls, and applying industry best practices for integration methods.
Additional duties include conducting business review meetings to discuss change requests and enhance existing services, providing estimations, version control and code development, interacting with IT partners and business users throughout software development, coordinating with the technical team, Oracle support, DBA, IT Infrastructure and functional consultants for bug fixes, problem determination and resolution (troubleshooting, system bugs, data issues), and reviewing technical designs and integration requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.
YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
- 5-6 Years of hands-on development experience in OIC
- Certifications are a plus
- Experience with various integration patterns
- Understanding of API and services security frameworks is highly desirable
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
