Apps Associates is seeking an experienced Professional Services Sales Executive with a proven ability to drive consultative, services-led sales across complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record selling within the Professional Services vertical — including advisory, implementation, integration, or managed services—and excels at positioning services value, shaping solution strategy, and influencing decisions at the executive level.
This role will focus on accelerating growth across our Oracle Professional Services portfolio, while also leveraging our broader capabilities in AI, Data & Analytics, Business Integration & Automation, and Managed Services to deliver comprehensive, multi-pillar transformation programs. A successful Professional Services Sales Executive is a high-energy, strategic hunter with exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. This individual is adept at uncovering needs, mapping services offerings to business outcomes, and converting new logo opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
you’ll do
- New Logo Acquisition:
Own and develop a high-value territory strategy. Proactively prospect, qualify, and advance opportunities through close across Oracle Cloud implementations, managed services and full portfolio of services. - Co-Sell & Channel Orchestration:
Drive tight alignment with Oracle Professional Services field teams, partner engineering, and channel organizations. Execute joint plays, events, and referral motions while maintaining disciplined partner engagement and pipeline hygiene. - Complex Deal Leadership:
Lead end-to-end pursuit cycles—including discovery, value hypothesis creation, solution shaping with delivery and architecture teams, SOW development, commercial structuring, MSA execution, and final negotiation to signature. - Value Storytelling:
Build and articulate compelling business cases that highlight Oracle SaaS value—improved business processes, automation, and operational efficiency. Position multi-pillar Oracle Cloud transformation roadmaps, including advisory, integrations and road mapping strategies, while aligning downstream managed services. - Forecasting & Sales Rigor:
Maintain an accurate, inspection-ready Salesforce pipeline; deliver precise forecasts; and enforce disciplined MEDDPICC qualification. Partner closely with pre-sales and delivery leadership to ensure solution integrity and successful handoff. - Executive Influence:
Establish and deepen relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO). Translate business strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and secure alignment around multi-year services engagements.
- 10 plus years of experience selling Oracle solutions with emphasis in Professional Services.
- Proven quota attainment, demonstrating a solid track record of closing complex transformational deals and managed services.
- Proven sales experience in Oracle Professional Services supporting a broad portfolio of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) and related technologies, including ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and Data & Analytics.
- Extensive experience building and expanding partnerships with Oracle, including demonstrated relationships and wins in collaboration with ASMs, RMs, and VPs within the Oracle Professional Services vertical.
- Strong executive presence and business acumen, ability to interpret executive-level strategy and articulate the services approach that best supports their business outcomes.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional pursuit teams (solutions, delivery, legal, finance) and negotiating MSAs/SOWs.
