The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is looking for a high-caliber Director of Operations to drive the smooth, efficient, and scalable operation of our fast-growing estate planning law firm. We’re looking for someone who truly understands employee engagement, loves building KPI’s and operational dashboards, thrives on data-driven decision making, and is excited to take ownership of a brand new role. As our Director of Operations, you will partner directly with the Firm Owner to oversee everything except the practice of law. This includes strategic planning, financial goal setting, system design, policy and procedure development and leading major HR functions; recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and cultural initiatives. This is a leadership seat for someone who wants to make a measurable impact.
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 yearly
