Overview

As an Associate Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering life-changing technology while working in a cutting-edge facility.

Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:30am

Pay: $27.60/hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
  • Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance on machines and tools.
  • Use HMIs and measuring tools to monitor process performance, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain raw material feeds, clear equipment stoppages, and ensure jobs run on schedule to meet delivery targets.
  • Execute equipment inspections and create corrective or preventative maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Support new product transfers, process development, and equipment validations.
  • Document production activities and follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant workspace suitable for medical device manufacturing.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience with automated equipment operation, debugging, or maintenance.
  • Proficient in using HMIs and precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom environments, robotics, or assembly processes (e.g., laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding).
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and root cause analysis techniques.
