. This position is based on site in Acton, MA.
- Support Manufacturing during assemblies and test of product.
- Analyze, design, program, debug, and resolve issues related to testing; enhance existing scripting and configure new products to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Software engineers to identify system requirements and software modifications to translate product requirements into machine control software.
- Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Work with process engineers to configure and enhance digital visual aids.
- Conduct software testing; evaluate and report results.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on electronics production or related role.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic and SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with LabVIEW for data acquisition and control.
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems and integration.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
The annual base salary range for this position is $106K-$133K. Salary is determined based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations.
