Quality Technician

Quality Technician - Acton, MA | $24/hr. | AM Weekend Shift

Acton, MA

Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $24.00/hour

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Record and enter inspection results into electronic systems such as SAP, Oracle Agile, Word, Excel, and DHR systems
• Generate and maintain quality records, including training and device history records
• Ensure equipment calibration is up to date and properly documented
• Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
• Follow cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment suitable for medical device production
• Identify and report discrepancies to maintain product quality and operational safety
• Support production operations, metrology, microbiology, or other manufacturing functions as needed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Basic mathematics skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Self-starter able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in a medical device lab or manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with measurement instrumentation such as micrometers, calipers, tensile testers, video microscopes, and stereoscopes a plus

• Standing for up to 75% of the shift and walking at least 50% of the time
