Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This position offers the opportunity to support all aspects of quality and continuous improvement in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a Direct Hire position.

• Coordinate quality inspection activities for mechanical and electro-mechanical products and components.
• Manage inbound and outbound RMAs, working with both suppliers and customers to address quality issues.
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Work with suppliers to resolve incoming material and component quality issues.
• Coordinate and maintain equipment calibration schedules, records, and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements using GD&T
• Maintain quality documentation, procedures, records, and other quality-related information.
• Collect and organize quality data and create reports, charts, and metrics using Excel.
• Assist with ongoing development and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day quality needs across the organization.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve product and process quality issues.
