Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Contract, Remote (Acton, MA)

Rate:
Up to $66/hr duration: 10 months.

Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support domestic and international clinical studies. This role ensures study sites comply with protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP/ICH guidelines while collaborating with internal teams and external sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits for clinical studies.
  • Collaborate on source documentation and case report forms (CRFs) in line with protocol requirements.
  • Support IRB submissions and align consent/assent language with sites.
  • Train site staff on protocol, source documentation, and CRF completion.
  • Monitor sites to ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and timely reporting.
  • Maintain Trial Master Files and site documents in real time.
  • Provide study-specific support for clinical study reports and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, local regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience.
  • Available to travel up to 60% and manage schedules independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines and requirements.
Skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, databases, and Internet research.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
