Acushnet Company is seeking a Vietnam-based Manufacturing Engineer to support global R&D efforts in developing and implementing innovative golf club designs. This role will serve as a key liaison between U.S. and China-based R&D teams and supplier facilities in Vietnam, ensuring product excellence, manufacturing efficiency, and seamless communication. The engineer will collaborate with suppliers to translate golf club designs into production-ready products, participate in sample creation and testing, assist in tooling and fixture qualifications, and inspect prototypes for quality and accuracy.

They will apply hands‑on problem-solving, monitor supplier processes to uphold Acushnet's quality standards, and support the transition from development to mass production. The role also involves enhancing communication between suppliers and global teams, providing translation services, preparing performance reports, and identifying new suppliers aligned with the company's innovation goals. Additionally, the engineer will work closely with ASMT team members to ensure consistent oversight, share technical knowledge, and foster team morale through proactive collaboration.

• B.S. degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and/or product development.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing methods and processes.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve project goals.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles or similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong math and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin, and English—both written and verbal communication required.
• Must be based in Vietnam, preferably near key supplier facilities.
• Flexibility to travel 2-6 times per year to other Asian suppliers and 1-2 times per year to the Titleist office in the U.S.
