Echelon Planning Group located in Acushnet, MA is seeking a licensed paraplanner who is enthusiastic about building a long‑term career in the financial industry. As a paraplanner, you will support our financial advisor in providing outstanding service to clients and crafting financial plans. - Assist financial advisor with case preparation to ensure all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare for client meetings by organizing necessary materials, reports, and analyses.
- Conduct follow‑up activities after client meetings, including summarizing action items and coordinating next steps.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, professional support.
- Gather, organize, and input client data into CRM.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Series 65 license or equivalent required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire date.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years’ experience in the financial industry or paraplanner role.
- A motivated individual who has a goal of becoming a financial advisor.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Ability to connect with clients and build trust through genuine relationship‑building, empathy, and consistent follow‑up.
- Adaptable: thrives in fast‑paced environments, pivoting with ease while maintaining focus on priorities.

Pay & Perks:
- $60k – $75k base based on experience, includes additional 10% quarterly bonus based on new business revenue.

Schedule:
- In‑office required.
- Monday and Thursday: 8am‑5pm.
- Tuesday: 8am‑7pm.
- Wednesday: 9am‑5pm.
- Friday: 9am‑2pm.
