As a Paraplanner, you will support our financial advisor in providing outstanding service to clients and crafting financial plans. • Assist Financial Advisor with case preparation to ensure all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Prepare for client meetings by organizing necessary materials, reports, and analyses
• Conduct follow‑up activities after client meetings, including summarizing action items and coordinating next steps
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, professional support
• Gather, organize, and input client data into CRM
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

• Series 65 license or equivalent required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire date
• 1+ years’ experience in the financial industry or paraplanner role
• A motivated individual who has a goal of becoming a Financial Advisor
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner
• Ability to connect with clients and build trust through genuine relationship‑building, empathy, and consistent follow up

• $60,000 - $75,000 base based on experience, includes additional 10% quarterly bonus based on new business revenue
