. Campers Inn RV is looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager. This role is responsible for selling new and used Recreational Vehicle financing and insurance programs, working with financial lenders to secure fair interest rates, and upholding the highest ethical standards expected of all dealership positions.

• Fair and competitive compensation

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, manufacturer and dealership service procedures, and policies.
• Seek new lending institutions and maintain strong relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Process financing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and the proper federal, state, and corporate channels.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting new and used RV and finance departments.
• Create and maintain a program with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

• Education:
  • College degree or equivalent experience in finance preferred

• Experience:
  • One year experience in F&I
• Abilities:
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Degree or commensurate experience in finance
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and compliance practices
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications such as Systems2K, Microsoft Office, and other applicable software
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and engage in visual activities such as use of computer, files, and reports
