• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
• Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions regularly.
• Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.

• Must possess a high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
