Responsible for overseeing all branch operations and serving as a coach by leading a team in execution of sales and service objectives, along with completing individual business development objectives. The position is responsible for planning and directing all branch functions ensuring compliance, operational, and customer service expectations are met. The position is also responsible for assessing skillsets, assigning resources, and ensuring branch compliance.

Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
