Supply Chain & Procurement Manager - Manufacturing (JN-
Location: Woodstock, GA
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
This íe a hands‑on opportunity to lead supply‑chain activities within a U.S.-based manufacturing environment. You will drive improvements, directly impact production performance, and build structure from the ground up.

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Proven success managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain and procurement operations
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control, safety stock levels, and MOQ strategy
- Hands‑on experience with ERP, MRP, or WMS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data‑analysis skills
- Experience leading purchasing and inventory teams
- Comfort driving change, building processes, and improving systems
- Ability to negotiate with vendors to reduce costs, improve delivery, and mitigate risk
- Experience sourcing alternate suppliers and reducing sole‑source exposure
- Define inventory strategy using historical usage and demand forecasting
- Ensure on‑time delivery of parts to support production schedules
- Partner closely with production, sales, logistics, and procurement teams
- Troubleshoot supply disruptions and minimize downtime
- Track KPIs related to inventory, vendor performance, and production readiness
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across supply‑chain operations
- Lean manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma experience
- Knowledge of quality control standards and compliance practices
- Experience working with industrial equipment or complex assemblies
- Familiarity with Syspro or similar ERP platforms
- Background in process improvement within growing or evolving organizations
