Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric In-Home Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring the highest level of care and support for both the patient and their family.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' health and medical needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Provide education and support to families on managing their child's health conditions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia

• BLS/CPR certification

• Experience in Pediatrics preferred

• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
