• Provide quality, patient‑centered care to all patients in a safe, efficient manner.
• Collaborate to develop and utilize evidence‑based medicine (EBM) protocols for targeted diagnosis.
• Cooperate with quality assurance, risk management, peer review programs, and utilization control mechanisms.
• Conduct thorough medical histories, complete physical examinations, order appropriate laboratory and imaging tests, and evaluate data to establish a working diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Work as part of multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients regarding disease and treatment plans.
• Serve as a clinical preceptor for PA/APRN students and other health professionals.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
• Provide virtual healthcare as needed.

• Other duties as assigned and appropriate by training and experience.

Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
