Russo Landscapes is growing! We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.

What You'll Do
- Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals
- Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)
- Generate estimates and close sales
- Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success
- Expert in landscape design with the ability to produce professional, buildable landscape plans
- Ability to design independently and present designs confidently to clients
- Applicants without professional landscape design experience and portfolio examples will not be considered
- Expert-level knowledge of plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscape layout, and outdoor living design
- Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills & highly organized
- Self-starter;
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- $70,000–$125,000+
- Base Salary + Commission

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $ per year
