Technician, Refrigeration/HVAC – Walmart

$23.00/hr – $45.00/hr

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration and HVAC equipment using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders for stores and associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large scale rack refrigeration.
• Type I, Type II, or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
