Perform preventive maintenance on tools;
Diagnose problems with tools and make necessary repairs;
Forecast and maintain an adequate inventory of parts for repair;
Use information from manuals, vendors, etc., to help diagnose problems and restore equipment;
Return returned tools by cleaning, inspecting, and prepare tools for rental by other customers;
Ensure tools are repaired and available for rental in a timely manner.
