Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensuring that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost‑effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position DetailsEducation: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) in pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from the state of practice.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of practice.
Preferred Education: ASHP Accredited PGY‑1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
Preferred Experience: Two or more years of clinical experience and a PGY‑1 residency preferred.

Certifications:
Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification preferred.
