Position: Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Exempt)

Education:

Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field. Licensure:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
