We are looking for a smart and skilled AI Expert who can lead and manage AI-based tools and solutions for different parts of our business. You will work on exciting projects like chatbots, product recommendations, customer insights, pricing, inventory, and more.

• Work on customer behavior and insights using tools like Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Dynamics

• Set up product recommendation engines like Bloomreach, Nosto, Algolia

• Manage AI chatbots with platforms like Zendesk AI, Ada, Drift

• Use inventory optimization tools like Blue Yonder, Llamasoft

• Manage pricing tools like PROS, Intelligencenode

• Run marketing automation campaigns using Klaviyo, Salesforce Einstein, Persado

• Implement AR (Augmented Reality) and visual search tools like Syte, Vue.ai, Perfect Corp.

• Use fraud detection platforms like Sift, Forter, Kount

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand needs and deliver AI-based solutions

• Stay updated on new AI trends and suggest tools for business improvement

• Train and guide internal team members on AI tool usage

• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and related tools

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, APIs, and SaaS tools

• Understanding of retail, ecommerce, and consumer behavior

• Good problem-solving and project management skills

• Strong communication and team collaboration

• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG industry

• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, or AI tools

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
