Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and monitor vital signs and maternal-fetal condition
- Administer medications and support evidence-based comfort and pain control
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Educate families on newborn and postpartum care
- Maintain a safe, supportive, healing environment consistent with compassion, respect, and diversity
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills for labor and postpartum care
- Knowledge of maternal-newborn care, medication administration, pain management, and breastfeeding support
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with care teams and families
- Accurate, timely EMR documentation
