Rent‑A‑Center invites applications for the Assistant Manager – Sales role.

Hourly rate: $14.45 – $17.00 per hour.

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers
• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in‑store and at customers' homes
• Deliver/pickup products safely, loading/unloading and installation while following handling and transportation procedures
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; will drive company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
