What You'll Be Doing

As a Pep Rep , you'll be the on-site ambassador of Pep Wear — setting up shop, engaging with customers, and ensuring our event operations shine. Your key responsibilities include:

• Transporting merchandise and event equipment to venues
• Setting up and breaking down mobile retail booths (tents, tables, registers, etc.)
• Selling custom-designed t-shirts, plaques, and memorabilia
• Supervising a small event team (1–5 assistants)
• Tracking sales, reporting expenses, and managing fund

Work Schedule

This is a part-time, seasonal position. Our busiest periods are:

• January–April
• September–November

Events typically run one to three days and are held mostly on weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Outgoing, dependable, and eager to learn
