Community Health Programs (CHP) is a nonprofit network of primary and preventive care centers in a federally designated rural community and medically underserved population area. CHP extends beyond medical and dental services by providing wellness education, family support, and community outreach such as free health screenings and insurance enrollment assistance.

• Provide routine and preventative oral care, examine, diagnose, and treat dental/oral conditions, and direct or refer patients to specialists.
• Record patient encounters in the dental record and educate patients on oral health and disease prevention through outreach opportunities.
• Perform related tasks to support organizational goals and enhance patient satisfaction.

• Doctoral degree in dental medicine (DDS or DMD).
• Minimum 1‑year dental office experience and experience with electronic medical records.
• Full unrestricted dental license required.
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, evidence‑based practice, ethical and legal standards, and effective communication with diverse populations.

Full‑time position located in Adams, MA at the CHP Adams Dental Center.
