• HHA – Home Health Aide: assist clients in their own homes with activities of daily living, boosting their spirit and significantly improving their quality of life, delivering quality and safe home health care services, including personal care and homemaking
• Personal Care: assist with toileting, bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Homemakers: provide light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation if needed; prepare meals, purchase food and provide personal assistance with general living tasks including shopping, menu planning, laundry, and general household tasks
• Companionship: provide companionship and conversation, stimulating, encouraging and assisting the individual
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients when they are able
• Assist with client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
