About you:

As a Project Team Leader within Access Construction ERP, you will lead a team of Project Managers delivering complex, multi-project ERP implementations for construction customers. • Implement, maintain, and drive adherence to project delivery standards, processes, and governance.
  • Identify, document, and review project risks and issues at a portfolio level, including projects delivered by both central and divisional resources.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Delivery for Construction, Head of Delivery PM, and Consultant Managers to support forecasting, planning, and resource management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior customer contacts.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by working to exacting standards that prioritize customer success and user experience.
  • Proactively add value beyond delivery, including supporting sales efforts by positioning project delivery as a key differentiator for Access.
  • Continuously improve ways of working, driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across implementations.
Your skills and experience will include:
  • Proven experience leading and developing project delivery teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams, build trust, and manage performance.
  • Demonstrated success delivering ERP or enterprise software implementations.
  • Excellent project planning, forecasting, and portfolio management skills.
