Travel L&D RN – (13-Week Contract)

• Shift: Nights, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am

We’re seeking an experienced Travel Labor & Delivery RN to join a dedicated women’s health team. This role is ideal for compassionate, skilled nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting mothers and newborns through every stage of labor, delivery, and recovery.

Requirements

• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience
• Licensure:
  Active state RN license (or compact, if applicable)
• Travel Radius:
  Must maintain a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility
• Important:
  Submissions must include all requirements to be considered; incomplete submissions will be rejected

• Provide direct care to mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures
• Support patients and families with education and compassionate care
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team to ensure safe outcomes
• Respond quickly to obstetric emergencies and follow established protocols

This assignment offers the chance to work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced L&D unit while gaining valuable travel nursing experience. On your off days, you’ll have time to explore the local community, enjoy regional attractions, and recharge for your next shift.
