For more than 50 years, we've manufactured electronic components used in industrial automation, medical equipment, and other specialized applications. We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and routine AP/AR activities.

• Prepare routine bank reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, wire transfers, and electronic payment platforms.
• Record payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Prepare customer invoices, post incoming payments, and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Research and resolve routine payment, invoice, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records and assist with general ledger updates.

• Previous bookkeeping or hands-on accounting experience, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Experience preparing bank reconciliations and researching discrepancies is required.
• Familiarity with vendor payments and routine accounting transactions.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
