Marketing and Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team, driving exceptional performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong track record of sales success and a passion for coaching and guiding sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed ambitious targets.

• Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear sales targets, performance metrics, and expectations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, including sales numbers, closing rates, and route optimization, to drive consistent sales performance.
• Identify areas for improvement, coach and mentor sales staff, and implement strategies to enhance team performance and individual growth.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review team performance, provide training, and share best practices.
• Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture that aligns with company goals and values.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales representatives to achieve high performance.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software tools, CRM systems, and data analysis for performance tracking and strategy adjustment.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Familiarity with [specify industry if needed, e.g., "insurance restoration services, exterior restoration, or related fields"] is a plus.

• $90,/year. Performance review, after 90 days, then annually.
• Quarterly performance Bonus following Romexterra's Bonus structure.
• Competitive commission plan:
  • 3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
  • 1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
• Company vehicle and gas card - for the selected position

• 401K, company match up to 6%
• Paid Time Off is Eligible after 90 days.
  • 5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years.
  • After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
