Our client is seeking an Inventory Operations Coordinator to manage daily end-to-end supply chain activities and ensure accurate inventory control. This role involves order fulfillment, coordination with production teams, third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, and inventory transaction management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Complete inventory transactions accurately and on time, including receiving, shipping confirmation, and adjustments.
• Monitor in‑transit transactions and reconcile inventory discrepancies, supporting internal teams and 3PL coordination.
• Enter internal transfers and customer orders into the system with 99.9% accuracy, ensuring correct dates, warehouse details, carriers, quantities, and pricing.
• Identify and troubleshoot case fill issues to achieve a 99.5% case fill rate.
• Identify and troubleshoot on‑time delivery issues to achieve a 98% on‑time delivery rate.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including Sales, Distribution, 3PLs, and client contacts.
• Provide accurate and timely order and inventory reports to stakeholders as requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
  Oracle Order Management and Inventory experience preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage demanding deadlines and adapt to evolving business models in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client‑facing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in supply chain or inventory management preferred.

• Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or related roles required.
