Based in Addison, you'll lead atalented Project Management team while staying hands-on withsome of ourmost complex andfast-moving experiential and event programs.
This is arole for someone who enjoys both sides ofproject leadership: developing great peopleandgetting into the details when thework demands it.
You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, and global teams to turnambitiousideas into experiences that are delivered on time, onbudget, and tothe highest standard.

What You'll Own Lead projects thatare anything but ordinaryYou'll be bothapeople leader andhands-on project leader, taking ownership ofkey programs from kickoff through execution and closeout.
- Lead the delivery of complex experiential marketing, event, exhibit, and production projects
- Guide Project Managers through planning, execution, problem-solving, and closeout
- Partner with Salesand Operations tomake sure scopes, work orders, timelines, and project details are aligned from the start
- Review critical project elements including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings
- Anticipate issues before they become show-day problems
- Keep teams focusedon priorities, deadlines, quality, and client expectations

You'll help strengthen the systems and processes behind ourwork by:
- Identifying opportunities to improve project management tools, processes, and workflows
- Championing consistent project management practices and global standards
- Collaborating with global counterparts to share ideas and elevate best practices
- Participating in production and cross-functional meetings to keepteams aligned
- Supporting estimating and helping maintain the financial health of projects
- Finding smarter waysto improve efficiency without compromising theclient experience
You don't needto have followed one specific career path. We'relooking for someone who understand show complex experiential projects actually getdoneand knows howto bring people together to makethem happen.
You have:
- 5–10 yearsof project managementexperiencein experiential marketing, events, exhibits, production, or a related environment
- Proven experience leading and developing project managers orproject teams
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- A strong understandingofevent production, logistics, and execution
