A highly reputable General Contractor headquartered in Northwest Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial construction projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
Location:
Arlington, TX (100% local)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
- Lead weekly project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility builds.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
