Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative manufacturing and printing company in search of a Controller to join their growing team. The Controller handles Finance/Accounting department activities including customer billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger administration, month‑end closing, and financial reporting. The Controller also works closely with the CFO and takes a lead role in areas of cash management, budgets, and forecasting.

• Manages General Ledger oversight and controls.
• Facilitates regular financial reporting according to GAAP and managerial reporting.
• Manages payroll processing, customer invoicing, accounts payable, receivable collections and related files and filings and processes and develops related company policies and controls.
• Assists in safeguarding company assets and is key member of Security Team assuring compliance to SOCII requirements.
• Coordinates, prepares and assists with annual budget, periodic forecasts, various management reporting, cash management, and annual compliance audits (financial and SOCII).
• Provides financial and business analysis as requested.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Supervises accounting support resources as the company grows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6+ years Accounting/Finance leadership experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Proven Microsoft Office proficiency
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication tools
• Proficient organization and planning capabilities.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
