Corporate Recruiter - Industrial Sales

We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison, IL
. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams
, partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.

Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
  , ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a great plus!
• Agency recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info
  , or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year plus performance based incentive
