Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Temp to Perm Mechanical Assembler B for one of our clients in Addison, IL.

All candidates offered employment are subject to a background check and drug screening test prior to employment. Drug screen include a 5-panel and marijuana is included in testing.

On-Site position, salary range $23.00-$26.00/hour depending on experience.

We only have first shift here.

Generally - 6am start time. Hours vary depending on business needs. Could be 2:30 / 3:30 / 4:30 end time, with 2 mandatory Saturdays per month.

Must be able to work mandatory overtime Monday-Friday and two Saturdays per month. Shift schedules vary upon business needs and are posted in advance for the upcoming 3 months.

Summary: This position is responsible for following procedures for product assembly, fabrication, test, equipment operation and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system. He or she is responsible for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the Production Department and company's quality system procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Measures parts to determine specified tolerance.
• Drills and spotfaces bolt holes in parts.
• Positions and aligns parts.
• Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together.
• Disassembles and replaces parts as required.
• Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies.
• Marks identifying information on parts.

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary Range $23.00-$26.00/hour depending on experience.
