Maintenance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our client's organization in the Addison, IL area.

Lead a skilled maintenance team at an industrial packaging site. Focus on driving continuous improvement, developing your team, and elevating plant performance through strategic leadership.

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to achieve productivity and performance targets
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment modifications, and resource planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects
• Analyze and improve department KPIs (OEE, safety, quality, cost, productivity)
• Foster a positive, innovative, and compliant work environment
• Manage maintenance budgets and participate in recruitment and training
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support Lean/6S initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or operations management preferred)
• 4+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing (industrial automation, packaging, plastics, blow/injection molding)
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, electrical, vacuums, chilled water, and CMMS
• Union site experience is a plus
• CMRP or similar certification is a plus
• Strong focus on continuous/process improvement
• Excellent communication, team-building, and analytical skills
