Job Title: Injection Machine Operator

Location: Addison, IL

Pay Rate: Starting at $22.50/hr+ (Depending on Experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Training: 1st Shift for approximately the first 2 weeks

Overtime: Available and required based on business needs

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Injection Machine Operator to join our production team in Addison, IL. This role is responsible for operating injection molding equipment, monitoring continuous production runs, and ensuring finished parts meet strict quality standards in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and related auxiliary production equipment.

• Monitor cycle runs and inspect finished products throughout the production process to catch defects early.

• Perform material loading, part removal, trimming, basic deburring, and packaging according to specification sheets.

• Identify, document, and report equipment malfunctions or part quality deviations to team leads.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free machine cell following 5S and company safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous manufacturing, machine operating, plastics/injection molding, or production shop floor experience preferred.

• Communication: Must speak and write in English to follow technical work instructions, read quality sheets, and maintain shop floor documentation.

• Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long intervals, perform repetitive hand motions, reach, and bend throughout the shift.

• Licensing & Travel: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Addison, IL.
