Production Manager, Food Production
Portillo's Food Service is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the production crew in daily operations at our Addison, IL facility. You will ensure safe, food-safe production, supervise sanitation, manage inventory, complete production paperwork, and uphold quality inspections.
You will report to the Production Manager, mentor a diverse team, and strive to meet production schedules while adhering to GMP/HACCP standards in a fast-paced environment.
