Summary Of PositionWe’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to play a key role on our sales team—driving customer engagement, support, and sales growth. The ideal candidate is warm, collaborative, and driven, with the creativity to bring our heritage and values to life while delivering measurable impact. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Marketing Manager will blend creative storytelling with strategic execution to champion our brand across B2B channels.

Job Responsibilities
- Work Location:
Onsite at the Addison Facility
- Brand Storytelling:
Develop compelling content (imagery, copy, video) that celebrates our heritage, family values, and delicious products—creating smiles and building lasting loyalty. - Brand Consistency & Packaging:
Ensure brand alignment across packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms—honoring Clyde’s legacy while reflecting its future vision. - Social Media Presence & Digital Growth:
Strengthen brand visibility and relationships through thought‑leadership on content, and targeted digital campaigns that engage retailers, distributors, and food service partners, while reinforcing brand appeal with end consumers. - Website Administration:
Manage product locator and website content to ensure an accurate, seamless, and engaging user experience.
- Industry Events & Trade Shows:
Plan and execute events with excellence, representing Clyde’s brand story and delighting customers. - Execution & Partnerships:
Coordinate logistics, booth design, brand presence, and third‑party partnerships to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. - Post‑Show Impact:
Deliver clear follow‑up materials, sales support, and “improve‑upons” to capture learnings and enhance future performance. - Community Events:
Partner with HR to create fun, engaging community experiences that strengthen employee pride and elevate Clyde’s visibility and reputation.
- Sales Support:
Create compelling sales tools—presentations, sell sheets, and promotional assets—that equip the sales team and retail partners to tell Clyde’s story with confidence. - Custom Marketing Solutions:
Develop tailored campaigns that drive retailer engagement, support customer goals, and boost product sell‑through. - Campaign Execution:
Plan, implement, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns grounded in data and designed for measurable impact. - Provide regular analysis and recommendations to guide business priorities and marketing recommendations across various KPIs.
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but optional).
- 5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience in the food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector with a strong B2B focus.
- Solid experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation including proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and campaign performance tools.
- Solid experience creating impactful tools and campaigns that strengthen customer partnerships.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional planning and execution of trade shows and customer activations.
