In this role, you’ll identify opportunities that improve conversion, product discovery, and overall shopping efficiency by turning insights, trends, and observations into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review online shopping and party flows to spot friction in browsing, discovery, and purchase paths.
  • Summarize key patterns (drop‑off points, engagement trends, content performance) that influence conversion.
  • Highlight simple, high‑impact opportunities that increase conversion, AOV, or engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and landing‑page optimization to increase conversion.
  • Partner with Merchandising to optimize category layouts, product sequencing, and recommendations.
  • Develop hypotheses and test plans to improve drop‑off, cart completion, and average order value.
  • Track performance of category pages and product groupings.
  • Identify opportunities for product sequencing, best‑seller positioning, and bundling.
  • Partner with Merchandising to improve cross‑sell and upsell strategies across key categories.
  • Provide insights on assortment gaps and category strengths based on traffic and conversion data.
  • Track industry and competitor trends to bring fresh ideas that enhance shopping effectiveness.
  • Support roadmap planning for improvements tied to conversion, content relevance, and platform performance.
  • Partner with Analytics to understand customer behavior and performance metrics at a foundational level.
  • Help support and track small tests or experiments (content tweaks, merchandising shifts, landing‑page improvements).
  • Build simple journey views that help teams understand customer needs and blockers.
  • Gather feedback from consultants, customers, and performance data to identify where improvements are needed.
  • Translate insights into clear summaries that guide Product, Marketing, and Experience decisions.
  • Assist in reviewing and documenting party participation, shopping momentum, and booking performance on Table.
  • Track enhancements and seasonal experiments, helping measure impact and capture learnings.
  • Help maintain visibility into KPIs like conversion, AOV, funnel movement, engagement, and bookings.
  • Work closely with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Field Engagement, and Analytics to align on priorities and share insights.
  • Maintain clear documentation that keeps partners informed and projects moving.
Success Metrics
  • Clear, actionable summaries that help teams quickly understand where shoppers struggle and how to improve results.
  • Organized tracking of tests, performance metrics, and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated conversion lifts and measurable revenue growth from tests and optimization.
  • Improvement in AOV, category‑level performance, and shopping funnel efficiency.
  • Clear before/after results tied directly to experiments and optimization actions.
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce behaviors and how small changes drive meaningful impact.
  • A growing voice in recommending digital improvements that support revenue and experience goals.
Ideal Candidate
  • Analytical and loves digging into patterns and trends.
  • Enjoys e‑commerce, digital experiences, and smoothing out friction points.
  • Gets excited about measurable results, not just insights, and can point to conversion or revenue lifts they’ve driven.
  • Enjoys building hypotheses, testing ideas quickly, and learning from results.
  • Thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments with multiple partners and ongoing initiatives.
  • Highly organized, clear in communication, and motivated by continuous improvement.
  • Wants to grow in the world of e‑commerce, digital experience, or product‑side strategy.
