We are seeking a hands-on
Marketing Manager
to owner and drive all marketing efforts for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and build marketing processes from the ground up. You will manage
marketing programs, vendors, timelines, and ideas
, working closely with leadership and sales to support growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Own all digital marketing efforts, including website updates, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media
- Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing events from concept through execution
- Create and manage traditional marketing initiatives, including print materials, brochures, sales collateral, and advertising
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
- Manage external vendors and partners (agencies, printers, event vendors, digital tools)
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Continuously generate and test new marketing ideas to improve visibility and lead generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
required - 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within
industrial, manufacturing, B2B, or technical environments - Experience creating professional marketing graphics
for digital campaigns, events, and print collateral. - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and adjust marketing efforts
- A self-starter who enjoys ownership and autonomy
- Someone who is equally comfortable with
