Join our team as a Store Backroom Attendant where you'll be the first point of contact for our donors. This role combines customer service, donation processing, and supporting The Salvation Army's community programs.
Key Responsibilities- Greet donors and offer assistance
- Process and track donations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized donation area
- Sort, load, and unload Salvation Army trucks according to center policy
- Power sort donations as they arrive (if applicable)
- Support production processes as needed
- Safeguard donated materials and equipment
- Report complaints, damages, or injuries in the donation area
- Guide donors on acceptable materials and provide pickup information for heavy items
